Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones Wins Prestigious 2021 TMA Turnaround/Transaction of the Year Award
The firm is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by the 2021 Turnaround/Transaction of the Year Awards, presented by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), for its outstanding work in the chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization of Tuesday Morning Corporation. The Awards, which are based on a rigorous peer-review process and are among the most distinguished in the industry, selected the Tuesday Morning restructuring as its “Large Company Turnaround/Transaction of the Year.” Brad Sandler, Rob Feinstein, Shirley Cho, Judith Elkin, Cia Mackle, and Steven Golden were the PSZJ team members who contributed to the success of this reorganization, which provided a 100% recovery to all general unsecured claims and recovery to equity interest holders as set forth in the plan, thereby avoiding the debtors being forced to consummate a proposed sale.
The TMA Turnaround/Transaction of the Year Awards will be presented at the TMA Annual Conference, which will be held October 26-29, 2021 in Nashville and online.
